This gorgeous property is within less than 1 hour drive or train ride from Porto. It is set in the banks of the pristine Âncora river, in the heart of sleepy Aspra and nestled in the picturesque area of Caminha.
A masterpiece of contemporary architecture, the house was actually featured in more than a few architecture books and magazines. It was designed by the renowned Architect João Pedro Serôdio who aimed to engage this project directly with the natural environment.
This single storey house boasts four spacious bedrooms that open to the tranquil and vast yard that surrounds the property.
The outdoor area is a delight, and the surrounding countryside beckons to be explored.

There are four bedrooms in the house:
Bedroom 1: double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: twin bedroom

Besides the ensuite bathroom in Room 1, the house boasts another spacious white marble full bathroom.

The house boasts an 8.000 square meter garden and a 15 m x 7 m heated swimming pool.
There are outdoor chairs and lounge chairs available.
